Jacy Ong

Jacy Ong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Technical Project Lead and Scrum Master at Hilti Group since February 2021. Prior roles include Lead Scrum Master at Boost and Scrum Master cum Project Manager at Materialise, where Jacy excelled in facilitating scrum events, enhancing team communication, and driving process improvements to reduce operational costs. Jacy's background also includes internal auditing and functional analysis, where opportunities for optimization and user interface design were identified and implemented. Jacy began the career with an internship at Minconsult Sdn Bhd, supporting tender documentation and evaluation. Jacy holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical, Materials and Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Nottingham Malaysia.
