Johanna Koether

Johanna Koether currently serves as a TA Systems & Internship Management Intern at Hilti Group, where responsibilities include overseeing TA systems and managing employee data while implementing new data-driven insights. Prior to this role, Johanna was a committed member of the University of Tampa's women’s swim team, earning the title of 2021 NCAA All-American. Additional experience includes a Marketing Internship at INEOS, where market research and content creation for social media were primary tasks, and a Summer Internship at Deutsche Bank, which provided exposure to various banking operations and enhanced customer communication skills. Johanna holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Finance from the University of Tampa and is pursuing a Master's degree in Information Systems at Universität Liechtenstein from September 2024 to September 2026.
