Caroline Graff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in capital markets, specialty finance, and marketing operations. Currently serving as the Director of Capital Markets & Specialty Finance at Hilton Grand Vacations since March 2023, Caroline previously held various leadership roles at Microsoft, including Director of Marketing Technology & Operations and Senior Manager & Global Lead for Xandr Marketing Operations. At Xandr, Caroline played a pivotal role in optimizing sales and marketing operations following Microsoft's acquisition of the company. Prior to Microsoft, Caroline was a Senior Lead in Internal Audit at WeWork and worked as a Senior Consultant in Internal Audit & Financial Advisory at Protiviti. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Lehigh University and a B.B.A. in Accounting from James Madison University.
