Corynne Holder

Corynne Holder serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Hilton Grand Vacations since January 2023, leading a team focused on empowering 15,000 global team members through strategic initiatives in the People, Inclusion, and Culture center of excellence. Prior to this role, Corynne held positions such as Director of Learning Solutions and Director of Leadership Development at Bluegreen Vacations from September 2018 to January 2023, overseeing various learning and development programs. Corynne's experience also includes roles at Sears Home Improvement Products, Gale Force Strategies, Wyndham Vacation Ownership, and Konica Minolta, where leadership in learning initiatives and organizational development was consistently demonstrated. Academic achievements include an Executive Certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University and an Associate's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Valencia College.
