Mona El Mallah

Mona El Mallah has over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Club Operations for the Membership Support Group at Hilton Grand Vacations since August 1999. Throughout the years at this company, Mona has held various positions, including Senior Manager and Manager within the same department, and initially worked as a Supervisor in Owner Services and Club Administration. Prior to joining Hilton Grand Vacations, Mona worked as a Front Desk Supervisor at Hilton Hotels Worldwide from February 1996 to January 1999. Mona holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Alexandria University and furthered education at Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
