Sam Serban

Sam Serban, CSSBB, currently serves as the Director of Talent Development at Hilton Grand Vacations, where strategic leadership is provided in guiding talent transformation and workforce integration during post-merger operations. Prior to this role, Sam held the position of Director of Talent Development, Sales & Marketing at Bluegreen Vacations, focusing on talent strategy and sales enablement, which facilitated a successful acquisition. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Learning & Development at MasterCorp, Inc., where leadership oversaw national workforce transformation, and as Director of Operational Training at Wyndham Destinations, where innovative strategies were implemented across global resorts. Sam holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Humanitas and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from National College Andrei Saguna.
