Catherine Hawes has held various HR roles in different companies over the years. Currently, Catherine serves as the General Manager- People and Culture at Hilton Haulage Limited Partnership. Prior to this, Catherine was the Head of HR at Bargain Chemist and Westland Milk Products. Catherine also has experience working as an HR Manager in companies such as Asahi Beverages, Vodafone, Pernod Ricard, Pacific Brands, and Postie Plus Group Ltd.
