Alex Shockley

Alex Shockley currently serves as the Director of Global Responsible Sourcing & Sustainability at Hilton, overseeing the company's sustainable procurement strategy and leading cross-functional projects to achieve Hilton's 2030 goals. With a background that includes roles such as Senior Manager of Owner Services and Manager of the Hilton Effect Foundation, Alex has been instrumental in enhancing owner investment and community impact initiatives. Alex is also an active advocate for diversity and inclusion as the Site Lead for the Pride Team Member Resource Group. Previous experience includes positions in corporate responsibility and hospitality management, supplemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Penn State University and a certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.
