Allen Estes is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in front-end development and system engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Hilton since June 2021, Allen has specialized in refactoring, componentizing, and increasing testing coverage while mentoring team members and enhancing accessibility. Prior to Hilton, Allen worked at Garmin International as a Software Engineer 2, contributing to the Garmin Connect website through agile methodologies and feature enhancements. At Cerner Corporation, Allen held dual roles as Associate Senior Software Engineer and Senior System Engineer, focusing on coding and system support. Allen began a career in IT as a Help Desk Specialist at Boehringer Ingelheim.
