Diana Pritchard

Diana Pritchard is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Recruiting for General Managers and Executive Operations at Hilton Worldwide since February 2013, Diana oversees recruitment efforts for owned and managed assets in North America. Diana co-owns CrossFit 285 and previously held senior roles such as Talent Acquisition Leader for Executive Recruitment at WellStar Health System, where significant cost avoidance was achieved. Diana has also contributed to global talent acquisition strategies at Research In Motion, provided consultancy at DMP Consulting, and managed talent acquisition for Invitrogen, a leading biotech manufacturer. Earlier career experiences include roles at James Hardie Building Products and Countrywide - Balboa Life & Casualty. Diana holds a BA in Speech Communication from California State University, Fullerton.
