Gabriela Siem

Gabriela Siem is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process management, operational excellence, and quality improvement. Currently serving as Team Lead and Senior Analyst at Abt Associates since January 2021, Gabriela also contributes to the Corporate & COO Closing The Gaps Initiative. Previously, roles at Chemonics International included Manager of Change Management for ERP Digital Transformation, as well as involvement in the Diversity & Inclusion Council and Quality Management. Gabriela began their career at Management Leadership for Tomorrow as a Partnerships Associate, and earlier held a position as Recruitment Coordinator at Abt Associates. Academically, Gabriela holds a Master of Science in Global Technology and Development from Arizona State University and dual degrees in International Studies and Business Administration from American University.
