Hidayat Malek

Hidayat Malek is a seasoned Human Resources professional with a strong background in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Sayaji Hotels Ltd since October 2016, Hidayat has progressed through various HR roles, including Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager. Previous experience includes an HR Executive position at The Fern Residency and a similar role at Grand Nakshatra Hotels Pvt. Ltd, where Hidayat contributed significantly as a pre-opening team member, overseeing critical HR functions such as payroll processing, statutory compliance, recruitment, and staff welfare activities. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Sardar Patel University, complemented by two post-graduate diplomas in Business Management and Human Resource Development.
