Karen Delfyett

Karen Delfyett is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate compliance and law. Currently serving as Senior Director and Senior Counsel for Global Compliance at Hilton since July 2013, Delfyett has progressed through various roles within the company, including Director and Counsel, Manager, and Analyst in Corporate Compliance. Prior to Hilton, Delfyett worked as an Analyst in Corporate Compliance at Trak Companies from 2012 to 2013 and served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney's Office from January 2008 to June 2012. Delfyett holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and a Bachelor's degree from Binghamton University.
