Maci Kirk

Maci Kirk, CHRM, has extensive experience in revenue management and hospitality, currently serving as the Assistant Director, Premier at Hilton since June 2012, where responsibilities include leading a team of Revenue Managers for up to 40 Premier Model hotels. Maci has held various roles within Hilton, including managing teams overseeing up to 120 hotels, coaching and developing team members, and executing revenue strategies. In addition to Hilton, Maci has worked as a Vacation Specialist at Kingdom Konsultant Travel since May 2016, where planning and social media marketing are key responsibilities. Maci has also held leadership roles in academic organizations, such as President of the Penn State Chapter of the American Hotel and Lodging Association, and has gained experience through internships at Starwood Hotels, Shaner Hotels, and Walt Disney World. Maci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership at the same institution.
