Richard Todd is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources and Head of Recruitment for Hilton in the Asia Pacific region since August 2011. Richard has a proven track record in designing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment efforts, and enhancing organizational culture across multiple countries, including South East Asia, India, Japan, and Australia. Prior to Hilton, Richard held key HR leadership roles at Toga Hospitality, Hyatt International, EVOLUTION CORPORATION, MICROS-FIDELIO, and Stockland Hotel Group, where responsibilities included developing human capital capabilities, overseeing training programs, and managing employee relations.
