Rowena Vermolen-Lodder

Rowena Vermolen-Lodder is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades at Hilton Worldwide. Since August 2008, Rowena has served as the Director of Human Resources for the Netherlands, overseeing HR operations across multiple hotel locations, including Hilton Amsterdam, Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, Hilton Rotterdam, Hilton The Hague, DoubleTree by Hilton Royal Parc Soestduinen, and Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam. Rowena's prior roles at Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol included Human Resources Manager and various supervisory positions in individual reservations and events. Rowena began a career in hospitality at Sofitel Den Haag as Chef de Rang before pursuing formal education at vakschool Wageningen from 1992 to 1996.
