Shannon McDowell, MBA, PMP, has a distinguished career with Hilton since December 2006, currently serving as Vice President of Digital Software Engineering, where Shannon drives technical innovation for Hilton’s digital platforms. Previous roles at Hilton include Senior Director positions in Software Engineering Operations and Client Services & Creative Operations, focusing on agile delivery, performance maximization, and client relationship cultivation. Shannon's extensive experience spans various facets of digital growth and strategic direction, having held leadership roles in digital design and online marketing initiatives. Prior to Hilton, Shannon worked at First Horizon National Corporation, where strategic marketing communication efforts were defined for the Wealth Management Group. Shannon holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Business Administration from The University of Memphis.
