Stephen Norris has extensive experience in sales strategy and program management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Director of Sales Strategy & Planning at Hilton Worldwide Sales since June 2022, Stephen also held the position of Director of Governance and Special Projects. Prior to Hilton, Stephen was a Senior Program Manager for Sales & GTM at Zendesk and worked at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from January 2014 to August 2020, where responsibilities included developing strategies that enhanced revenue for IHG's Corporate Travel segment. Early career roles include Business Development Manager and Brand Associate within the Americas Sales sector of IHG. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, obtained in 2009.
