Wendy Perez

Wendy Perez currently serves as the Complex Director of Human Resources at Hilton, a role held since August 2022. Prior to this position, Wendy was the Corporate Director of Human Resources at The Palms Hotel & Spa from January 2008 to December 2018, overseeing HR functions at multiple properties including Circa 39 Hotel & Travel by Bus. Wendy's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot from April 2006 to January 2008 and at The National Hotel from April 1997 to April 2006. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Phoenix.
