Jackie Bogdan

Jackie Bogdan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 1991 to 1994, they worked as a Graphic Artist at New Era Cap. Following this, they joined Yoga International magazine, starting as a Senior Designer in 1994 and later becoming the Creative Director in 2010. During their time at the magazine, they were involved in all aspects of creative development and collaborated closely with the editorial and design teams. In 1996, Jackie started their own freelance design services called Page Design, specializing in print and digital projects. Jackie provided a range of services, including magazine development, graphic design, and brand development. Additionally, they worked as an Adjunct Instructor at the University at Buffalo from 2001 to 2015. Most recently, since 2013, Jackie has been the Director of the Himalayan Institute of Buffalo, where they oversee a team of instructors and volunteers, promoting health and spiritual well-being through yoga teachings.

Jackie Bogdan has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Buffalo State University, with a major in Graphic Design and a minor in Education. Jackie also has an E-500 Teacher Certification and an Ayurveda Yoga Specialist Certification from the Himalayan Institute, obtained in 2013. In addition, Jackie has obtained a 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification from the Himalayan Institute in October 2012, as well as a 200-Hour Yoga Certification in May 2001.
