Arian Franz

Arian Franz is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in graphic design and packaging. Currently serving as the Director of Packaging and Graphic Design at hims & hers since March 2024 and as Design Director at Mrs & Mr since April 2020, Arian has previously held significant positions at notable companies including Casper, where responsibilities included designing retail environment graphics and leading ecommerce and retail packaging design. Arian's entrepreneurial spirit is evident in founding The Greater Goods, a soap studio specializing in natural products, and has also contributed design expertise at Redscout and Laird + Partners. Arian's educational background includes a BFA in Graphic Design from California State University, Long Beach.
