Nicholas Shockett

Nicholas Shockett is currently the Senior Director of Operations at hims & hers. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Wholesale Operations at Minted, the Senior Manager of Operations at Walmart eCommerce, and the Director of Operations at Hampton Creek. Nicholas has over 10 years of experience in operations and supply chain management.

NicholasShockettbegan their careerin 2006as the Director of Operations at Aroma Home. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of the company's operations, from product development to manufacturing to in-store merchandising. Nicholas was responsible for establishing a supply chain strategy to support the replenishment of inventory in 1800 retailer locations.

In 2013, Nicholas moved to Walmart eCommerce, where they served as the Senior Manager of Operations. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's supply chain and logistics operations. Nicholas also launched a scan-based trading greeting card program with a major national retailer, managing 100-200 SKUs in 1800 stores.

In 2016, Nicholas left Walmart eCommerce to join Hampton Creek as the Director of Operations. In this role, they continued to oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including product development, manufacturing, and logistics. Nicholas also established a supply chain strategy to support the replenishment of inventory in 1800 retailer locations.

In 2017, Nicholas joined Minted as the Director of Wholesale Operations. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's supply chain for retail partnerships and wholesale projects across all product categories (stationery, art, home decor). Nicholas also launched a scan-based trading greeting card program with a major national retailer, managing 100-200 SKUs in 1800 stores.

Nicholas has been with hims & hers since 2018 and currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations. In this role, they oversee all aspects of the company's operations, from product development to manufacturing to in-store merchandising. Nicholas is also responsible for leading the company's supply chain and logistics operations.

Nicholas Shockett studied mathematical sciences at the University of Birmingham, graduating with a BSc (Hons) in the subject.
