Jamie Maddaloni

Director, Support at Ridecell

Jamie Maddaloni has over thirty years of professional experience in the technology industry. In 1990, they began their career as a Member of Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories where they implemented graphical data representation to improve accuracy of digital line testing results and decrease issue response time. Jamie also served as a database administrator, designing and implementing data compression and resizing to maximize database storage capacity.

In 1994, Jamie joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Management Consultant, collaborating with client and consultant teams to build customized SaaS software solutions. Jamie also led onsite training for clients, partners, and end users on software tools and new business processes, as well as developed training materials and instructed clients and consultants at PWC Global SAP training center.

In 1997, Jamie moved to Deloitte Consulting as a Management Consultant, assisting multinational client teams outlining business process and system requirements for SAP R/3 finance and cost accounting modules for European currency conversion. Jamie also implemented executive dashboard and sales reporting to streamline cost tracking and profitability analysis.

In 1998, Jamie joined Intelligroup as a Principle Consultant, following Six Sigma best practices to assist multinational client teams.

From 2000 to 2006, Jamie held various roles at SAP (formerly Extended Systems), including Program Manager and Director, Program Management. During this time, they led global cross-functional teams to launch Mode's Monetization and Publisher cloud-based software products, and directed innovation, coordinating the development and launch of over 200 digital rich media and video ad products across Mobile, Tablet, and Desktop platforms for North America, Europe, and Asia.

In 2015, Jamie became a Business Owner, delivering comprehensive investment management alongside unparalleled access and real-time service for trusts and individuals.

Currently, Jamie is the Director, Support at Ridecell, where they are reimagining and rearchitecting transportation in cities, communities, and on campuses across the world. Jamie is responsible for automating some of the hardest operational tasks involved in running a transportation system.

Jamie Maddaloni has a Master of Engineering in Computer Science and Management Information Systems from Cornell University and a BS in Interdisciplinary Science and Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
