Neal Neuberger

Neal Neuberger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health policy and innovation. As the owner of Health Tech Strategies, LLC since 2000, Neuberger has also served as the Executive Director of HIMSS since May 2008, focusing on e-health policy. Neuberger's previous roles include Director of Health Innovation at the Bipartisan Policy Center from April 2019 to April 2023, and Senior Policy Consultant at the American Telemedicine Association from January 2016 to April 2023. Earlier in the career, Neuberger held positions such as Senior Director of Legislative Affairs at the American Hospital Association and Legislative Assistant for Dave Obey in the U.S. House of Representatives, engaging in important health and human services appropriations. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government, Neuberger's career reflects a strong commitment to advancing health policy and technology.
