Lakshmi Subramaniam

Lakshmi Subramaniam is a seasoned executive professional with extensive experience in high-level administrative support roles. Since August 2013, Lakshmi has served as the Executive Secretary to the Managing Director at Hindalco Industries Limited. Prior to this position, Lakshmi held similar roles at Aditya Birla Group - Essel Mining & Industries Limited and Swiss Singapore Overseas Enterprises from January 2009 to July 2013, and at Development Credit Bank from 2006 to 2009 as a Personal Assistant to the MD & CEO. Earlier experiences include serving as a Personal Assistant to the CEO at Goldshield from 2003 to 2006 and as an Executive Assistant to the MD & CEO at National Bank of Oman from February 1992 to April 2003. The career began as a Marketing Assistant/Secretary to RFEM/RCSM at Wipro Infotech Ltd from 1989 to 1991. Lakshmi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University, completed in 1989, and received foundational education at Auxilium Convent High School from 1972 to 1984.
