Norman Murphy

Norman Murphy has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Norman currently holds the position of Director Compliance, Quality, Process Improvement, Education at Hinds Hospice. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality Manager at the same company. From 2009 to 2019, Norman worked at Community Medical Centers, starting as a Process Improvement Specialist and eventually becoming the Population Health Business Intelligence Clinical Coordinator. Before that, they worked at QUEST DIAGNOSTICS LABORATORIES, starting as an Operations Manager and later becoming a Project Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt. Throughout their career, Norman has excelled in process improvement, data analysis, project coordination, and leadership roles.

Norman Murphy earned a Doctorate degree in Doctor Healthcare Administration from Walden University, where they studied from 2018 to 2021. Prior to their doctoral studies, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, completing their studies there from 2003 to 2006.
