Carla J. Johnson

Carla J. Johnson, SPHR, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions since May 2021 and is the Principal at All People Elevated, LLC, where a consulting firm is dedicated to helping chronically ill and differently abled individuals find meaningful employment. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at TaskUs, a member of the ADP HCM Leadership Council, and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Teleperformance, USA. Carla also held leadership positions at Cushman & Wakefield, HGS, Altec Lansing, and Avaya, focusing on HR operations, payroll, and mergers and acquisitions throughout a robust career in human resources. Educational qualifications include a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Information Systems from North Carolina Wesleyan University and an Associate of Arts from the College of The Albemarle.
