Shanthala Brahmadev

Shanthala Brahmadev is an accomplished Human Resources leader with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Human Resources at HGS since April 2024, and as General Manager of HR at HGS Digital since April 2020, Shanthala drives strategic HR programs in India and the US, focusing on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. Previous roles include HR Leader for Engineering & IT at Resideo, where end-to-end HR responsibilities were managed, and Human Resources Manager at Honeywell Technology Solutions, supporting the Automation Control System group. Earlier experience includes positions at Brillio, where performance management processes were led, and igate, focusing on talent acquisition. Shanthala holds an MBA in HR from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
