Tripti Sinha

Tripti Sinha is a seasoned professional in People Analytics and Human Resources with extensive experience at prominent organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Analytics at Kotak Mahindra Bank since May 2022, Tripti previously held the position of Lead People Analytics at SMS-Magic, where responsibilities included establishing sources of data and providing insights for top management. Tripti also served as a Human Resources Information System Specialist at Noveltech Feeds Pvt Ltd, managing HRMS implementation projects.
