Tania Rauth

Tania Rauth is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the National Lead for Campus, Early Careers, and Employer Branding at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, where responsibilities include overseeing HR, IR, Admin, and diversity initiatives for a large-scale digitalized factory operation. Previously, Tania held significant positions at Hanon Systems as HR, IR & Admin Lead for Gujarat, and as Head HR at Nandan Denim Limited, managing comprehensive HR functions. Tania's early career includes roles in talent acquisition, project management, and operations within various sectors, including hospitality at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Tania holds an MBA in HR & Entrepreneurship from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India and has completed a Leadership Excellence program at XLRI Jamshedpur.
