Pinky Pathak

Pinky Pathak is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Hindware Limited since September 2023, Pinky previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Delhivery from April 2022 to August 2023. Additional experience includes a FIGHR Diplomatic Fellowship focusing on Human Rights in Crisis, positions at The Adecco Group and FIGHR related to mental health peer mentoring and advocacy, and a role as a recruitment specialist for Flipkart. Prior experience includes working as a Relationship Manager at ICICI Bank.
