Dave Chilingirian

Dave Chilingirian is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Controller at Hines since July 2007, Dave Chilingirian previously held the position of Director/Assistant Controller at Ramco-Gershenson, Inc. from June 2006 to June 2007, and before that, served as Director of Corporate Audit at Pulte Homes from 2003 to 2006. Dave Chilingirian began a career in finance at Deloitte, where responsibilities included Senior Manager in Audit and Advisory from September 1991 to December 2003. Dave Chilingirian holds a Master of Science in Finance from Walsh College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
