Patrick Donohoe

Patrick Donohoe is a seasoned professional in portfolio modeling with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Managing Director of Portfolio Modelling at Hines since October 2019, Patrick has also held the position of Senior Director in the same field. Prior to this role, Patrick was with the Cabinet Office from May 2013 to September 2019, where responsibilities included Head of Group FP&A for the Government Property Agency and Head of Modelling for the Government Property Unit. Additionally, experience as an Investment Surveyor at Savills from January 2010 to May 2013 and as Property Fund Manager at Custom House Capital Asset Management from July 2008 to January 2010 complement Patrick's background. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Property Economics from Technological University Dublin, obtained in 2008.
