Pete Narvarte

Pete Narvarte is an experienced professional in the construction and development sector, currently serving as Managing Director - Construction and previously as Vice President of Construction at Hines from October 2021 to June 2025. Prior to this, Pete held the position of Vice President of Development at Central Austin Management Group from May 2019 to October 2021 and at World Class Property Company from March 2018 to April 2019. Pete's earlier career includes a role as Project Director at Flintco, LLC from October 2008 to February 2018 and as Design Manager and Project Manager at Granite Construction from October 2004 to October 2008. Pete earned a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, completing studies from January 1991 to January 1996.
