Pete Narvarte

Pete Narvarte is a seasoned professional in the construction and design management industry, currently serving as the Managing Director of Design & Construction at Hines since October 2021. Responsibilities include entitlements, public and private coordination, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, design coordination, and construction management. Previous roles include Managing Director - Construction and Vice President of Construction at Central Austin Management Group, as well as Vice President of Development at World Class Property Company. Pete also held significant positions at Flintco, LLC, Granite Construction, Modern Continental Construction, CB&I, and EBY, MARTIN K CONSTRUCTION COMPANY INC. Educationally, Pete holds a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 1991 and 1996.
