Simone Pozzato

Simone Pozzato is an accomplished professional in the real estate and investment sector, having served as a ULI Global Governing Trustee and an Executive Committee Member of ULI NEXT since September 2021. Currently, Simone holds the position of Senior Managing Director at Hines, overseeing the Hines European Core Fund, while also managing responsibilities as a Fund Manager. With a strong background in investment management, Simone has experience with entities such as INREV as an Operational Real Estate Committee Member, and previously with Grosvenor Group and Nomura International in various managerial and analytical roles. Simone’s educational qualifications include multiple advanced degrees in real estate, business engineering, and finance from prestigious institutions such as Henley Business School and ESSEC Business School.
