Kathy Webb

Kathy Webb is the Senior Director of Partnerships & Business Development at Hinge Health. Kathy has over 15 years of experience in business development, account management, and human resources.

Kathy started their career as an account manager at HealthFitness, a TrustMark company. In this role, Kathy was responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers. Kathy was promoted to Vice President of Account Management-Customer Success in 2013. In this role, Kathy led a team of account managers and was responsible for the success of HealthFitness’s customer relationships.

In 2015, Kathy left HealthFitness to start their own consulting business, Kathy Webb Consulting. As a consultant, Kathy worked with clients on human resources, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.

In 2016, Kathy joined Limeade as the Senior Director of Partnerships & Business Development. In this role, Kathy led Limeade’s partnerships with human capital, health, wealth, diversity/inclusion and career consultants. Kathy also developed and managed relationships with solution providers across all solutions. Kathy was instrumental in developing sales and customer success team enablement resources and led analysis and company reporting on sales success. In addition to their partnership responsibilities, Kathy also served as a marketing representative and national presenter for Limeade. Kathy was also a member of Limeade’s Inclusion Council.

Kathy joined Hinge Health in 2019 as the Senior Director of Partnerships & Business Development. In this role, Kathy is responsible for leading Hinge Health’s partnerships and business development efforts.

Kathy Webb has a Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, an MBA from Pepperdine University, a Covenant Health Leadership Academy certification, an MBA in Business from East Tennessee State University, and an online certificate in Improving Your Business Through a Culture of Health from Harvard University. Kathy also has a BA in Sports Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In addition, they have certification from the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association in CPR and First Aid.

Kathy Webb reports to Joshua Sturm, VP, Partnerships. They are on a team with Roy Steiner - Director, Partnerships & Business Development, Rob Gregg - Director, Partnerships & Business Development, and Ed Greenbaum - AVP, Partnerships & Business Development.
