Milana Shapira

Milana Shapira is the current Chief of Staff to the CEO at Hinge Health. Milana has a diverse background, having worked in venture capital, politics, and investment banking. Milana Shapira graduated from Stanford University Graduate School of Business with their MBA in June 2019. Prior to attending Stanford, Milana worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs from July 2014 to August 2015.

After leaving Goldman Sachs, Milana Shapira worked in the UK House of Lords as a Summer Intern in the Office of Lord Adonis from August 2018 to August 2018. Milana then returned to the United States to work as a Venture Fellow at Jane VC from October 2018 to June 2019.

In September 2015, Milana Shapira began working at HelloFresh as their Global Corporate Development and Investor Relations Associate. Milana held this position until August 2017 when they left to begin their MBA at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

During their time at Imperial College London, Milana Shapira worked on a Final Year Research Project in Theoretical Systems Biology Group exploring the phenomenon of molecular crowding in cells. Milana developed a theoretical model based on statistical mechanics within the context of transcriptional activation in bacteria, and designed a 3D visual representation of a crowded cell using 3D animation software Cinema 4D.

Milana Shapira has a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Imperial College London. Milana also has a year of research experience in biology from the Ecole normale supérieure de Lyon and an International Baccalaureate from The Grammar School at Leeds.

Milana Shapira reports to Daniel Perez, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Vincent Lim - Chief People Officer, David Wood - VP, Legal, and Joshua Sturm - VP, Partnerships.
