Mike Kachala

Mike Kachala has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the engineering and consulting fields. Mike started their career in 1990 as the owner of Quality Contract Assemblies and remained in that role until 2011. From 2007 to 2012, they served as the VP of Engineering at The Lighting Division. In 2012, they became the Director of Engineering at Hinkley Lighting. Prior to these positions, they held executive roles at Cook Technologies, AGS Transact Technologies Ltd, Eastman Kodak, Philips, Iomega, and Xerox.

Mike Kachala received their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Mike later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Executive Management from the same institution, completing their studies from 1995 to 1997.
