David Previte

David Previte is a Principal Attorney at Hinman Straub P.C., a position held since February 2019. Previously, David served as General Counsel for the New York Republican State Committee and held roles as Assistant Counsel and Counsel for the New York State Senate from January 2013 to February 2019. David Previte earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Master of Public Health with a focus on Health Policy from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health. David also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Employment Relations from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
