Jeff Young

Jeff Young, MBA, CPA has a diverse range of professional experience in accounting and finance. Jeff currently serves as the Vice President of Accounting & Finance at Hino Motors Manufacturing USA, Inc., where they are responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting. In this role, Jeff oversees the consolidation of financial statements for multiple operations with a total annual revenue of $1B. Jeff also ensures compliance with internal controls and J-SOX requirements.

Prior to their current position, Jeff worked as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP for over 10 years. In this role, they led audits for large clients in various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, engineering, construction, and technology. Jeff provided financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, led professional service teams, and mentored professionals to help them advance their careers. Jeff also played a key role in implementing new audit software and processes and enhancing the employee experience at the company.

Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Jeff worked as a Manager at Plante Moran for six years.

Jeff Young, MBA, CPA received their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Wayne State University in 2000. Jeff later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business between 2015 and 2017. In addition to their degrees, they also hold the certification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
