Marek Tatur

Marek Tatur has a strong background in the automotive industry, with their most recent role as Senior Vice President at Hino Motors Manufacturing USA, Inc. Marek joined the company in 2021. Prior to that, they worked at FEV North America, Inc. for a significant period of time, starting in 2002. During their time at FEV, they held various positions, including Director of Operations, Department Manager Diesel Engine Development, Supervisor, and Senior Engineer Diesel Engine Development. Marek's responsibilities at FEV included expanding the company's capabilities in e-mobility, developing government relations and compliance groups, and establishing profitable profit centers. Marek also focused on developing the OBD center of excellence, interpretation and testing capabilities, and HD on-highway and off-highway/marine capabilities and projects. Before joining FEV, Marek worked at IAV Automotive Engineering, Inc. as a Senior Control Systems Engineer, and at IAV GmbH as a Project Engineer. Their roles at these companies involved vehicle prototype development, engine calibration, and certification for emission standards.

Marek Tatur received a diploma in Automotive Engineering from Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences from 1992 to 1997. Marek further pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix between 2010 and 2012.
