Rachael Richmond

Rachael Richmond is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and office management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Parts Professional at Hino Trucks since July 2018, Rachael also holds the position of Office Manager at Audio Communications Consultants, responsible for various office management duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, human resources, and business taxes. Previously, Rachael was the General Manager at TransForce from May 2011 to July 2017, where management responsibilities included overseeing a team of four following the acquisition of Best Drivers.
