Kaisa Keogh

Kaisa Keogh has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kaisa is currently serving as the Head of Operations Centre at Hintsa Performance, a leading provider of human high-performance services. Kaisa previously worked as the Operations Manager at the same company. Before joining Hintsa Performance, Kaisa founded and directed their own company, Sofia Keogh TMI. Kaisa also gained experience at Nokia as an Executive Assistant to the EVP and CTO and at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office as an Office Manager and PA to the HM Ambassador. Kaisa started their career at International SOS, where they held positions as a PA to the Managing Director (NEU) and an Operations Co-ordinator. Kaisa is currently pursuing a PhD in Social Psychology at Tampere University.

Kaisa Keogh completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, between 2008 and 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Welfare Technology (incl. management studies) degree in Mental and Social Health Services and Allied Professions at Satakunta University of Applied Sciences - SAMK from 2017 to 2019.
