Mikko Lilja

Mikko Lilja is a seasoned professional in health, fitness, and education, currently serving as the Coaching Director at Hintsa Performance since August 2017. As the owner of Rock'n Fit since August 2014, Mikko specializes in health, fitness, and physics coaching, along with music performances. Previously, Mikko held the position of Yritysvalmennuspäällikkö at Kuortane Sport Institute from January 2015 to August 2017, where responsibilities included the implementation and organization of workplace well-being coaching. Earlier roles include serving as a Physical Education Teacher at Kuortane Sports Institute and a similar position at Kuortaneen urheiluopisto. Mikko's educational background includes a Master's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of Jyväskylä, obtained from 2004 to 2009.
