Riina Komonen

Riina Komonen currently serves as the Medical Director, Medical Doctor, and Performance Coach at Hintsa Performance since August 2018. Additionally, Komonen is a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Helsinki and has been a General Practitioner at Mehiläinen since April 2018. Previous roles include Medical Doctor at Hospital NEO, Chair at V.A.L.O. - Ei orjuudelle ry, and Medical Doctor positions at the Finnish Student Health Service and Mediverkko. Komonen completed residency in Gynecology at Varsinais-Suomen sairaanhoitopiiri and has held various medical roles since 2011. Komonen holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Helsinki and a Master's Degree in International Public Health from the University of Tampere.
