Jodette Cleary

Jodette Cleary is the Chief People & Culture Officer at hipages, a position they have held since May 2010. Prior to that, they were the Global HR Director at Atlassian from April 2008 to May 2010, and the Talent Coach/Advisor (Consulting) at RedBalloon from March 2007 to March 2008. From February 2007 to September 2015, they were the Managing Director at We Know HR. Cleary began their career in 1994 as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays Accountancy & Finance before moving to Lucent Technologies as HR Manager - ANZ from January 1996 to December 2000. In 2001, they became the Asia Pacific HR Director, Building Solutions at Honeywell, a position they held until 2007 when they joined RedBalloon.

Jodette Cleary has a background in industrial relations and psychology, which they studied at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). Jodette also has a Masters in Labour Law & Relations from the University of Sydney. In addition, they have completed the Company Directors Course through the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD).
