Jodette Cleary

Jodette Cleary is a Chief People & Culture Officer at hipages, a platform connecting Australia with trusted tradies for home improvement. Prior to this, Cleary served as a Non Executive Director at Hear For You Limited, a non-profit organization supporting deaf and hard of hearing youth. Cleary also has experience as the Managing Director at We Know HR, Global HR Director at Atlassian, Consulting HR Leader at RedBalloon, and HR Director at Honeywell, among other positions in HR and recruitment. Cleary holds a Masters in Labour Law & Relations from the University of Sydney and a BA in Industrial Relations & Psychology from UNSW.
