Gizem Ülker

Gizem Kaya is a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Doğruer Gümrük Müşavirliği since March 2022, responsible for ensuring compliance with import legislation and conducting label and content control in accordance with the Turkish food codex. Prior to this role, Gizem served as a Production Engineer at HUB Yiyecek from May 2021 to February 2022, where duties included production planning and purchasing strategy development. An internship at AVOD Kurutulmus Gida in July 2017 involved HACCP applications, food quality management, and R&D activities. Gizem's early experience includes a Work & Travel position at Coal Creek Inn in 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Slovenská pol'nohospodárska univerzita v Nitre (2017-2018) and another Bachelor's degree from Ege University (2012-2017), complemented by a high school diploma in Science from Bursa Atatürk Anatolian High School (2007-2011).
