Marcin Mrotek

Marcin Mrotek is the CTO and Co-Founder at HiPets. Prior to this, they were the CEO and Founder of Petsly, which was acquired by HiPets. Marcin has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Kingsmen Digital Ventures, Facebook, and VOLO Group. At Roche, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer responsible for various enhancements and bug fixes simultaneously. Marcin also worked on new features of company applications using PHP, HTML, SASS, JavaScript(ES6). Marcin improved the application by refactoring code to use JavaScript ES6 features. In addition, they worked on cross browser compilation and Responsive Web Design. Marcin used JSON and AJAX to send request to secured web service. Marcin also performed Unit testing, Integration Testing, GUI and web application testing using jest and Karma.js. Marcin was involved in development, performance testing & defects fixing.

Marcin Mrotek has an Engineer's Degree in Computer Programming from Wyższa Szkoła Gospodarki w Bydgoszczy and an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology from the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology. Marcin also has a high school diploma in information technology from Technikum Elektroniczne im. Wojska Polskiego w Bydgoszczy. In addition, they have certification from USDDN in USDDN Judge lvl1, certification from Udemy in Learn The Basics of Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing, certification from Udemy in Advanced Automation Testing Using Selenium WebDriver & Java, certification from Udemy in Web Services Testing using SoapUI, certification from Udemy in NodeJS in Action, certification from ERFOLG Consulting in ABC of entrepreneurship, certification from KPCES in Managing Projects and Social Project Management, certification from the Minister of National Education in Certificate of competences, technician, IT, and certification from KPCES in Principles of financing social initiatives.

Their manager is Dorota Rymaszewska, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Leszek Wolany - Co-Founder, CMO & VP of the Board, Jakub Granat - Chief Product Officer, and Rozalia Mikolajczak - Head of Inbound Sales.
