Julio Aragón Temprado has had a wide range of experience in marketing and communications roles. Julio began their career in 2007 as an Executive Account Manager at Salud&Comunicación, where they developed relationships with media outlets and managed website content. From there, they worked as a Redactor and Reporter at Intereconomía TV, preparing interviews, reports, and news related to the economic and sports sectors.

In 2011, Julio joined Eurocofin as an Account Executive, where they also created and led the Social Media department. Julio developed communication plans, managed content, and implemented communication strategies for clients in the energy, banking, and financial sectors. Julio also participated in communication advisory processes for privatizations and organized press conferences and media encounters.

Julio then joined Torres y Carrera as a Senior Account Executive, focusing on communication planning and execution for clients in sectors such as energy, automotive, construction, and logistics. Julio handled corporate communication, crisis management, and media relations, including the creation and management of social media profiles.

In 2014, Julio worked as an Executive Associate at Kreab Gavin Anderson, specializing in corporate communication and crisis management. Julio provided communication advice and managed media relationships for clients from different industries. Julio also developed digital communication plans and engaged with influencers to enhance online visibility.

From 2015 to 2019, Julio served as the Director of Marketing and Communication at ACR Grupo, where they reported directly to the CEO and collaborated with directors from various areas of the company. Julio designed and executed communication and marketing plans, allocated budgets, and defined objectives. Julio also developed internal communication strategies, managed internal communication channels, and created different materials. Julio was responsible for offline and online advertising campaigns, working with agencies, collaborators, and freelancers.

In 2019, Julio joined BidX1 España as the Marketing Manager for Spain and Cyprus, creating a new department and coordinating with external agencies. Julio managed marketing and communication strategies, defined actions, and generated impact on company results. Julio successfully positioned the brand in both markets, achieving significant pageviews and engagement.

Currently, Julio Aragón Temprado holds the position of Associate Director of Marketing at Hipoges since 2021, and they are responsible for marketing operations.

Julio Aragón Temprado has a diverse education history. In 2006 to 2011, they pursued a Licenciatura degree in Journalism from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Following that, in 2012 to 2013, they attended the Universidad de Alcalá where they completed a Master's degree in Social Media and Digital Strategy. In 2013, they also gained further knowledge in marketing digital strategy, planning, implementation, and project management from the IPECC institute. Additionally, in the same year, Julio obtained a certification in Marketing for Search Engines and Web Analytics from Telefonica Learning Services. Julio enhanced their skills in Online Reputation and Crisis Management 2.0 through a program at Telefonica Learning Services in 2014. Moreover, they pursued further studies in 2019 at Esade, where they completed the Programa de Dirección de Marketing, focusing on Marketing. Julio also holds the Cambridge C1 Business Higher certification from Cambridge Assessment, which they obtained in July 2019.
