Previous positions encompassed senior service designer at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, UR and design lead at NHS England, and interaction designer at NHS Digital, contributing to various health-related initiatives. Justine also provided agile coaching to policymakers and regulators at Ofgem, and held design roles at Jet2.com, as well as running a consulting business from 2008 to 2019. Justine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Nottingham Trent University.
